Pools for agencies with branches
An Agency admin buys into the agency pool and allocates to branches. A Branch admin can buy for their own branch. One branch running out never blocks another.
Warned before you run out
You are told when a balance drops to 5 or below, and the agency pool allows one claim past zero so nobody is stopped mid-claim waiting on a payment.
What happens if you want your money back.
Claim credits are a digital product and are available to use the moment a payment succeeds, so purchases are non-refundable. There is no minimum term and nothing to cancel: if you stop buying credits, you stop paying, and any credits you have already bought stay on your account.
A credit is spent when it claims a property and is not returned afterwards. If a sale falls through, the claim carries on: the property relists at For Sale on the same claim, keeping whichever chain links you choose, so a property that stays on the market never needs a second credit. A completed sale, a withdrawal, a claim released after 90 days without activity and a claim made by mistake all use their credit, and it is not returned.
If something has gone wrong on our side, for example a payment taken twice, contact us and we will put it right. Any goodwill gesture is made as credits added to your agency’s account, not as money back.
Card payments are handled by Stripe and appear on your statement as CHAINSIGHT.CO.UK. If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before raising it with your bank. We can usually sort it out the same day, whereas a formal dispute takes both of us weeks.
ChainSight is sold to businesses rather than to consumers, so consumer cancellation rights do not apply.
