Your chains, between calls.
The quick way in when you are away from your desk. Agents move a sale on and tick off milestones in the minutes between viewings; buyers and sellers check where their sale has got to. It uses the same account as the website.
On Android phones and tablets now. The iPhone app is coming soon. New to ChainSight? Register your agency on the website first.
For agents: the updates that should not wait for your desk.
Your properties, one tap away
Each with its status, how far it has got and who is handling it, with your credit balance at the top.
Move the sale on
Advance the status a step once you have confirmed it, and set each milestone to complete, pending or not applicable.
Claim an address
Search the national address database, then confirm the address and the credit before anything is spent.
Keep the chain linked
Request a link by the other property's full postcode, say whether your seller is buying it or your buyer is selling it, and accept, decline or break links.
See the agent next to you
Once a link is accepted, their office's number is a tap away, and if they share their milestones, all fifteen are there to read.
Invite your buyer and seller
Straight from the property, so they can follow it on their own phone.
For buyers and sellers: where your sale has got to, without ringing anyone.
Your sale at a glance
Its status, how far it has progressed, and every milestone your agent has ticked.
Who is handling it
Your agency, branch and agent, with the number to call.
Your chain
The properties above and below yours, at the detail privacy allows.
Told when it moves
A notification on your phone when your sale's status moves on or a milestone changes.
The news comes to you.
With the app installed and signed in, when a sale moves on, ChainSight sends a notification to your phone, so nobody has to keep opening the app or refreshing it to see if there is an update.
Agents are told
When a colleague moves a milestone on one of your branch's properties, when a property linked to yours changes status, and when a milestone moves on a linked property whose agent shares them. Each kind can be turned off in your settings on the website.
Buyers and sellers are told
When their sale's status moves on or a milestone changes, with the property named so they know which sale it is.

Unlock it like your phone.
The first time, you sign in with a code we email you, and agents add the code from their authenticator app, just as on the website. After that, your phone's face or fingerprint unlock opens it. Buyers and sellers stay signed in for up to a week. Agents, who can change a property, sign in again after 24 hours, or after 8 hours without using it.
On a phone without face or fingerprint unlock, it asks you to sign in each time. It needs an internet connection, and you can ask for your account to be deleted from inside the app.
Running the agency stays on the website.
The app is built for quick updates, not for everything. The full list of properties with search and sorting, inviting and managing agents and branches, buying credits, account settings, the audit log and the full list of notifications stay on the website, as do the rarer steps: a sale falling through, withdrawing a property, undoing a status step and handing a property to a colleague.
